Client Relationship Specialist
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the relationship between the client and operations regarding all service related calls.

Manage the relationship between the client and operations regarding all service related calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Manage all communication to assigned client / account contacts on work orders
- Move along work orders through the system
- Escalate any issues with tickets to management
- Escalate any issues with tickets to clients
- Confirm appointment times with technicians and clients
- Proactively communicates with all parties involved
- Is present at all initial client kick-off calls
- Prepares basic reports to clients
- Is present at recurring client pulse-check calls
- Participates in team meetings and conferences
- Flexibly assume temporary responsibility over tickets when another CRS is out
- Accepts and performs assignments given to him or her by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience:
- Previous customer service experience needed.
- Skills Needed:
- Excellent phone skills
- Basic knowledge on how to operate a computer.
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.
- Must know to copy and paste in MS Word.
- Must be able to send an email in MS Outlook, as well as attach a document to the email.
- Excellent communication skills

- 8AM-5PM
- 9AM-6PM
- 10AM-7PM
