Client Relationship Specialist

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the relationship between the client and operations regarding all service related calls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include the following:
  • Manage all communication to assigned client / account contacts on work orders
  • Move along work orders through the system
  • Escalate any issues with tickets to management
  • Escalate any issues with tickets to clients
  • Confirm appointment times with technicians and clients
  • Proactively communicates with all parties involved
  • Is present at all initial client kick-off calls
  • Prepares basic reports to clients
  • Is present at recurring client pulse-check calls
  • Participates in team meetings and conferences
  • Flexibly assume temporary responsibility over tickets when another CRS is out
  • Accepts and performs assignments given to him or her by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience:
    • Previous customer service experience needed.
  • Skills Needed:
    • Excellent phone skills
    • Basic knowledge on how to operate a computer.
    • Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.
    • Must know to copy and paste in MS Word.
    • Must be able to send an email in MS Outlook, as well as attach a document to the email.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Patience

HOURS:
THREE SHIFTS:
  • 8AM-5PM
  • 9AM-6PM
  • 10AM-7PM
